The Residence

The curves it is named for.

The Wave House takes its name from a roofline that folds rather than meets — a cantilevered plane that carries over full-height glass and out toward the pool deck. Inside, a floating stair is set against a wall of full-height stone, and a warm wood soffit runs from the entry through to the terrace, tying the interior and exterior into a single gesture.

It is a ground-up new-construction residence — not a renovation — designed and built for the way people actually live in the Grove: indoor-outdoor, private behind mature landscaping, and finished to a standard that holds up to daylight from every direction.
