Named for the tree it was built around.

A mature live oak sits at the front of the lot, and the house was planned around it rather than against it. Set back behind the canopy under a metal roof, and elevated above the floodplain, the residence keeps the tree as the thing you see first from the street — which is how the Grove is meant to look, and how it is best lived in.

Behind it the plan opens: full-height glass across the rear, a covered terrace under a warm wood ceiling, ipe decking running out to a heated saline pool, and a summer kitchen set into the same line. A 12,615-square-foot lot, walled and planted, with the oak canopy reaching out over the deck. Two-car covered parking at the front, with room for a golf cart.

It is ground-up new construction, completed in 2026 — developed by Urbane Capital and built by Billskog Construction, the team now finishing Wave House four streets away. Victor Billskoog represented the buyer on the land acquisition here in 2024, and is the listing agent on the finished residence.

The same team is finishing another one. Urbane Capital with Billskog Construction is completing Wave House at 66 Samana Drive this October. If Oak House is close but not quite it, that one is still early enough to see before it is publicly marketed.
